I LOVE unique weddings…unusual locations, non traditional elements, and especially when I can have creative freedom. I love using spots that might look blah, and making magic with my camera. The bride messaged me a few weeks before the wedding, and said they wanted an hour or 2, for a small elopement in the woods. It sounds like an unusual request, but I was super excited. It was literally a wedding in the woods, next to a stream. It was February, so the trees were bare, and there were no flowers…essentially, the background was categorized as “blah”. To me, that sounds like a spot where a photographer can make the bride and groom really stand out. With a limited amount of time, and the location, I present some amazing photos!
